We want immigrants to feel at ease sharing and discussing their food and culture. We also want consumers to feel at ease when purchasing from immigrant food businesses. If you can see the processes and every ingredient looks like something you'd find in your pantry, you'll be more willing to try something new.  So we redefined the mission to provide certainty and income sustainability for immigrant food businesses (beverages, sauces, snack, food, sweets, etc.), all while appreciating the authenticity of culture and craft.
