Ahinke's Kitchen's Cooking Class is designed to teach teens how to cook and become equipped with kitchen skills and be capable of completing delicious dishes on their own.
Through our hands-on cooking camp, you will be able to learn at your own pace in the comfort of our industrial grade kitchen, and learn how to handle yourself in the kitchen with guidance from experience chefs.
In this 5 day cooking camp, students will learn to make different recipes from real, whole ingredients, and are packed full of flavor. This course aims to provide students with the opportunity to learn new skills, and to prepare new recipes to share with their family. Students will build their confidence in the kitchen through the preparation of delicious and healthy foods in a supportive environment. Teaching children how to plan and cook their own meals will increase the likelihood of them choosing healthy foods over processed foods.
The menus for this course are below. Please contact me with any allergies or dietary concerns, and I can help you with substitutions. Please note the menus will be different for each class.
