Grandmas Remedy - With Steps

Step 1

Bring your water to broil

Step 2

Place your 1/2 teaspoon of Grandma's Remedy

Step 3

Add water

Step 4

Add one spoon of honey or as desired.

Step 5

Add half a lemon.

Step 6

Stir and enoy.

Joll of Rice Seasoning - With Steps

Step 1

Parboil your rice in lukewarm water for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Rinse and set it aside in a saucepan and add 1 cup of oil (desired).

Step 3

Add your pepper mix while the oil is warm.

Step 4

Let it fry for 6 mins then add your 156ml of tomato paste to your sauce.

Step 5

Cover up and let it cook for another 8 mins

Step 6

Add 1TBL of 9ja Joll of Seasoning. Stir and let it cook for 5 minutes.

Step 7

Drain your fermented rice and rinse 1 more time. Then add the rice to the sauce and stir until its completley mixed. Add 12 tbl of knorr chicken

Step 8


Add 1/2 tsp of sea salt or as desired add 3/4 cups of water.

Step 9


Cover the pot let it steam for 30 minutes and chck back frequently until its ready.

Step 10

Suya BBQ Seasoning - With Steps

Step 1

Preheat your oven at 177c.

Step 2

Get any preferred beef or sirloin steak, chicken,  filet, or Tofu Cut into thin slices and let it sit

Step 3

Rub 4 tablespoons of bbq seasoning on both sides of the beef.

Step 4

Bake in a preheated oven for 10- 15 mins 

Step 5

Flip the stick after 10 mins and let your protein 
bake for another 5 mins 

Step 6

Serve and enjoy

Chicken Seasoning - With Steps

Step 1

Preheat your oven at 177c.

Step 2

Add 1 TBL preferred oil

Step 3

Add 1 TBL and 1 TSP of Ahinke's 
Chicken Seasoning

Step 4

Mix and let it sit for 10 mins 

Step 5

Bake at preheated 177c for 1 hour.

Step 6

 Flip to the other side at 30 mins 
until it's cooked.
